Brownie Meltaways
- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tsp. margarine
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Prepare brownies as directed, except stir in coconut and chopped nuts.
- Bake as directed.
- Cool.
- Mix powdered sugar, 1/3 cup margarine and vanilla.
- Stir in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until of spreading consistency.
- Spread over cooled brownies.
- Refrigerate until topping is firm, about 30 minutes.
- Heat chocolate and 2 teaspoons margarine until melted. Drizzle evenly over topping and refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 15 minutes.
- Store in refrigerator.
