Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Cut pork into 3/4-inch cubes.
  2. Season with salt and soy sauce. Roll in all-purpose flour.
  3. Roll again in beaten egg yolks.
  4. Roll again in flour.
  5. Deep fry in wok until done.
  6. Cut tomato into 8 parts.
  7. Cut onion into 8 parts.
  8. Chop green pepper into 3/4-inch squares.
  9. When pork is done, drain it.
  10. Using the wok, brown the onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil for 30 seconds.
  11. Add sweet and sour sauce and cook for 1 minute.
  12. Add tomato and pineapple chunks; cook about five seconds.
  13. Add the deep fried pork and take away from the heat and serve immediately.
