Tuna Curry On Rice

  1. Melt butter in saucepan; add onion.
  2. Saute until golden.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Cook until bubbly.
  5. Gradually add water, cooking and stirring until smooth.
  6. Blend in curry powder, seasonings and half-and-half.
  7. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  8. Gently add tuna and simmer 5 minutes longer.
  9. Spoon over hot cooked rice and sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Serve with small bowls of the above condiments.
