Saucy Burgers

  1. Mix beef with egg, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  2. Shape into 4 patties, 1-inch thick.
  3. Brown in large skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove patties; drain fat.
  5. Stir soup and water into skillet and bring to a boil.
  6. Return patties to skillet, cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
