Sweet Sour Meatball Stew

  1. In 4-5 quart crockpot, combine all ingredients except cornstarch and soy sauce and stir gently.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours until wild rice is tender.
  3. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and soy sauce, mix well.
  4. Stir into soup and cook, covered, on high for 20-30 minutes until soup thickens.
