Italian Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 c. tomatoes or 5 medium fresh tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. cooking wine
- Wash pork chops in vinegar.
- Season and let sit for awhile. Chop celery, tomatoes, onions and green pepper.
- Saute in a small gram of oil; add tomatoes.
- Cook about 20 minutes.
- Flour and fry chops in a small amount of oil, let drain.
- Place in a casserole dish and pour sauce over pork chops.
- Open mushrooms and pour juice over top of sauce and pork chops.
- Add wine.
- Cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- This recipe can be used with chicken and beef ribs.
- Brown all meat.
