Italian Pork Chops

  1. Wash pork chops in vinegar.
  2. Season and let sit for awhile. Chop celery, tomatoes, onions and green pepper.
  3. Saute in a small gram of oil; add tomatoes.
  4. Cook about 20 minutes.
  5. Flour and fry chops in a small amount of oil, let drain.
  6. Place in a casserole dish and pour sauce over pork chops.
  7. Open mushrooms and pour juice over top of sauce and pork chops.
  8. Add wine.
  9. Cover and cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  10. This recipe can be used with chicken and beef ribs.
  11. Brown all meat.
