Crab Sandwich

  1. Cook bacon until crisp, remove and drain.
  2. Saute mushrooms and onions in bacon drippings until the mushrooms begin to turn brown.
  3. Cool.
  4. Combine the crab, cheeses, and mayonnaise, then add to the bacon/mushrooms/onions mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture on sliced, buttered muffins.
  6. Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  7. Serves 6.
  8. You may substitute shrimp for the crab meat, if you wish.
