Breakfast Quiche

  1. Crumble 10 pieces bacon.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
  4. Alternate a layer of the cheese, bacon, onion and pepper mixture, and mushrooms on each pastry shell.
  5. In a small bowl blend together lightly beaten eggs, milk, flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce and basil.
  6. Pour half the mixture over each pie.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35-40 minutes.
  8. It is done when knife comes out clean.
