Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 350u0b0.
  4. Cut 6 slices cheese food into pieces; set aside.
  5. In large skillet brown meat; pour off fat.
  6. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in eggs, flour and cheese food pieces.
  8. Turn into prepared shell. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
  9. Arrange remaining cheese food slices on top.
  10. Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese food begins to melt.
  11. Garnish with tomato and lettuce if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
  12. Makes one 9-inch pie.
