Creole Sauce(This Is The Best.)

  1. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper lightly in vegetable or olive oil in a deep skillet or wok.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Sauce may be simmered longer but should cover it while doing so.
  4. Serve over stuffed pepper, noodles, eggplant, rice or seafood.
  5. Yields 5 cups.
