Golden Apple Cake

  1. Core and slice 1 apple.
  2. Arrange slices in bottom of well-greased Bundt type pan.
  3. Pare, core and finely chop remaining apples to 1 1/2 cups.
  4. Cream margarine and sugars until light. Beat in eggs, orange juice and peel.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
  6. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in chopped apples.
  7. Spoon over apple slices in pan.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  10. Turn onto plate.
  11. Serve warm or cold.
