Broccoli And Ham Quiche
- 1 partially baked deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. diced or chopped ham
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs, finely ground
- Place ham in partially baked pie shell.
- Top with cheeses. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
- In mixing bowl combine eggs, flour, whipping cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice and melted butter by stirring with rotary beater or wire whisk.
- Add broccoli.
- Pour over ham and cheese.
- Sprinkle with finely ground bread crumbs if desired.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let set a few minutes prior to serving to allow cheese mixture to set.
