Healthy Shredded Wheat Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Process shredded wheat and 1/2u0b0C chocolate chips in food processor until finely ground.
  3. Beat together butter, applesauce, stevia, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix in shredded wheat mixture, remaining chocolate chips, and nuts.
  6. Drop by tablespoons onto greased pan and flatten out (these do not spread very much).
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light brown and cookie is set.
