Breakfast Bake
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 c. fresh baby spinach
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spray small baking dish with Pam in preparation for baking.
- While oven is heating, use a large skillet on stove top and heat olive oil.
- Break up sausage and brown in skillet.
- When sausage is fully cooked, lower heat and add spinach; stir until wilted.
- Add beaten eggs (or Egg Beaters).
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and scrambled until eggs are slightly firm.
- Place the egg, spinach and sausage mixture into baking dish.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
