Stir-Fried Beef And Vegetables

  1. Trim and discard excess fat from steak.
  2. Cut steak into very thin slices; set aside.
  3. In small bowl, combine soup, cornstarch and soy sauce; stir to blend.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In 10-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat in 2 tablespoons hot oil, stir-fry beef strips and garlic until meat is browned.
  6. Remove from skillet. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to skillet.
  7. Add green onions and broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute.
  8. Add bamboo shoots; stir-fry 30 seconds more.
  9. Return the beef to skillet.
  10. Stir in soup mixture; heat to boiling.
  11. Cook 1 minute more.
  12. Spoon over rice.
