Chicken And Broccoli Au Gratin(Heart Healthy)

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Saute onions until transparent; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, curry powder and pepper. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid and add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
  4. Gradually stir in flour in the skillet.
  5. Blend evaporated milk until smooth.
  6. Add mushrooms; cook and stir over medium heat until sauce thickens.
  7. Arrange broccoli and chicken in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  8. Pour sauce over broccoli and chicken. Top with cheese.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
  10. Serves 6.
