Pork Filet Au Gratin

  1. Cut the meat in 1-inch long strips; heat up the Crisco in a frying pan.
  2. Lightly brown the meat.
  3. Spice with salt and pepper and put in a heat resistant form.
  4. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
  5. Fry them in the leftover Crisco from the meat. Spice with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with flour; fry until brown. Pour in water and wine.
  7. Heat while stirring.
  8. Stir in sour cream.
  9. Spice with mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  10. Pour over meat.
  11. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  12. Put in preheated oven (400u0b0) for approximately 15 minutes.
