Old Fashioned Ginger Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray 9-inch round baking pan.
  3. In bowl of a food processor, combine flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, salt, baking soda and cocoa.
  4. Pulse on and off 2 or 3 times to blend.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse on and off 4 or 5 times or until flour just disappears.
  6. Do not overmix.
  7. (Ingredients can be mixed by hand.)
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Smooth top with rubber spatula.
  10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
