Beef Enchiladas

  1. In skillet, saute onion and brown hamburger meat.
  2. In bowl, combine jalapenos, 1/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1/2 can of cream of cheese soup and 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup.
  3. In each tortilla, put about 3 tablespoons of mixture in bowl, then roll up tortillas.
  4. Place them beside one another in casserole dish.
  5. Then combine 1/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can cream of cheese soup.
  6. Spread this over enchiladas. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
