Beef Enchiladas
- 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/4 c. jalapenos, sliced
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of cheese soup
- 1 pkg. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. onion
- In skillet, saute onion and brown hamburger meat.
- In bowl, combine jalapenos, 1/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1/2 can of cream of cheese soup and 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup.
- In each tortilla, put about 3 tablespoons of mixture in bowl, then roll up tortillas.
- Place them beside one another in casserole dish.
- Then combine 1/4 cup enchilada sauce, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can cream of cheese soup.
- Spread this over enchiladas. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
