Kickin' Chili

  1. In a large, heavy pan brown meat well.
  2. Add garlic, celery, and onions and saute for 10 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices, seasonings, chili peppers, sugar, and the beans.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Stir often to prevent sticking.
