Ritzy Corn Casserole
- 2 cans (17 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (16 oz.) French style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 35 Ritz crackers, crushed
- Combine corn, green beans, soup, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and celery in a bowl; mix well.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch microwave-safe casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour in vegetable mixture.
- Mix margarine and cracker crumbs together in bowl.
- Sprinkle over vegetables.
- Microwave on high for 9 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
- You can also bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
