Swedish Lasagna

  1. Saute oil, onion and meat.
  2. Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
  3. Simmer 30 minutes.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles; drain and cover with cold water.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon salad oil.
  6. Arrange 1/3 meat sauce, single layer noodles, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat until 3 layers.
  8. Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
