Sfinge Di San Giuseppe - St. Joseph'S Day Cream Puffs

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Puff pastry shell: Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly until the dough leaves the side of the pan and starts to form a ball.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Add the grated orange& lemon peel.
  6. Drop by tablespoon on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.
  9. for another 25 minutes.
  10. Cream Filling: Stir the filling ingredients together until smooth.
  11. When the puffs have cooled, cut a small slice off the top.
  12. Fill puffs and replace the small slice on top of filling.
  13. Enjoy.
