Easy Beef Stir Fry

  1. Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, cornstarch, wine and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; add vegetables, onion and garlic.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly until tender.
  4. Push vegetables to the side.
  5. Add meat and cook, stirring constantly, until no longer pink.
  6. Add bouillon mixture and green onions; stir together with beef and vegetables.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened.
  9. Serve over hot rice.
