Ham And Eggs Crescent Pizza
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cubed, cooked ham
- 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Remove from heat; stir in ham.
- Place crescent dough in ungreased pizza pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up side to form crust, sealing perforations.
- Spread ham mixture over dough. Blend the remaining ingredients except chives and pour over ham. Sprinkle with chives.
- Bake 25 to 28 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings or 2 dozen snacks.
- If prepared ahead of time, wrap in foil and reheat at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
