Honey-Mustard Glazed Sausage Kabobs

  1. Prepare grill for Direct Method.
  2. Assemble each kabob using 4 pieces of meat and 3 to 4 pieces of each vegetable on 4 (12-inch) skewers.
  3. Combine honey, mustard, oil and vinegar.
  4. Place kabobs on grill rack over medium heat.
  5. Brush half of the honey-mustard glaze over kabobs.
  6. Grill 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Turn kabobs and brush with remaining glaze.
  8. Continue grilling 4 to 5 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 kabobs.
