Laura'S Christmas Morning Eggs

  1. Mix eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper in blender and pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Bake 7 minutes at 400u0b0.
  3. Cook sausage. Add vegetables except Ro-Tel tomatoes and saute until tender.
  4. Add tomatoes and pour over egg mixture.
  5. Melt cheeses and spread over egg and sausage mixtures.
  6. Refrigerate overnight or longer.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 until hot and bubbly.
  8. Good served with grits souffle and hot curried fruit.
