Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole

  1. Season chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and paprika.
  2. Place bacon strips on the bottom and sides of casserole dish.
  3. Pour uncooked rice over the bacon.
  4. Dilute soup with the 1/2 cup water and pour over rice.
  5. Place the chicken on top and season again with a little salt and cayenne pepper.
  6. Add oregano.
  7. Sprinkle top with parsley.
  8. Seal the top of the casserole with foil.
  9. Cover tightly.
  10. Bake at 300u0b0 for 2 hours without peeking!
  11. If using chicken breasts, cook about 1 1/2 hours.
