Remarkable Fudge(Microwavable)

  1. In 2-quart bowl, place butter.
  2. Cook at High for 45 seconds until melted.
  3. Stir in sugar, milk and salt.
  4. Cook at High for 3 1/2 minutes until the mixture comes to a full boil, stirring once. Mix well; cook at Medium or Cook Power 5 (50%) for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the Marshmallow Creme and chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch pieces, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Pour into buttered, foil-lined 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  8. Cool; chill to firm.
  9. Lift candy from foil and remove foil.
  10. Cut into squares to serve.
  11. Store in refrigerator.
  12. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
