Quick-Baked Pasta Family Style

  1. Bring 4 quarts water to boil.
  2. Heat a large frying pan and add the oil, beef and garlic.
  3. Saute until the meat is tender and then drain excess fat.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese for topping.
  5. Add pasta to water.
  6. Simmer the mixture while pasta cooks until just barely tender.
  7. Drain pasta and mix it with the sauce.
  8. Pour all into 3 quart glass rectangle dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes. Great to freeze then microwave.
