Pumpkin Raisin Cookies

  1. Beat sugars and liquid Butter Buds until smooth.
  2. Add Egg Beaters, vanilla and pumpkin; mix until well blended.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add the Grape-Nuts and raisins.
  5. Chill dough 30 minutes.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375u0b0; cool.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar or make a glaze with skim milk and powdered sugar and drizzle over cooled cookies.
  9. Yields 4 1/2 to 5 dozen cookies.
