Enchiladas

  1. Brown hamburger and 1/2 onion; drain.
  2. Stir in 1/2 package taco seasoning (all for spicier) and 3/4 cup water; simmer.
  3. In separate pan, put tomato paste, 3 cans water and package of enchilada mix.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Dip flour shells in sauce. Place in greased dish and fill center with hamburger, onion and green chilies.
  6. Roll up and turn seam side down.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over and add necessary amount of canned sauce to cover.
  8. Top with mixture of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (grated).
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
