Barbecued Chicken

  1. Saute onions, garlic and chili powder in margarine over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in catchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, water, and vinegar. Remove from heat; set aside.
  3. Remove any visible fat from chicken. Dip chicken into sauce mixture to coat both sides.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in a large roasting pan or baking dish.
  5. Spoon any remaining sauce over chicken.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0 for about 50 minutes or until done.
  7. Baste once or twice during the baking.
  8. Serves 8 people.
  9. 250 calories each portion.
