Lattice Top Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients, except crescent rolls.
  2. Save some cheese for top and also 1/2 onion.
  3. Place in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake, covered, at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  5. Unwrap crescent rolls; separate into two rectangles.
  6. Press together perforated cuts.
  7. Cut each rectangle lengthwise into 3 strips.
  8. Place strips on casserole to form lattice top.
  9. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer.
  10. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions.
  11. Bake, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
