Low-Fat Lemon Chicken

  1. In a large skillet, combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, pepper, orange juice, broth mix, parsley and vegetable oil.
  2. Heat over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Turning frequently, cook chicken until done (about 15 minutes).
  5. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 10 more minutes.
