So Good (For You) Oatmeal Cookies!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter and honey.
  3. Add applesauce, yogurt and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, until they are fully incorporated.
  5. Add in flax meal.
  6. Add in whole wheat flour, oats, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix until fully combined. ***Dough will seem a little runny.
  7. Add in raisins.
  8. Place spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool, and enjoy!
