Cheesy Hash-Spinach Pie

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well, pressing out excess water.
  2. Combine eggs, soup, flour, mustard and horseradish; stir in spinach.
  3. Spread hash in baked shell; spoon spinach mixture over hash.
  4. Bake in 350u0b0 oven 45 minutes.
  5. Combine cheese and pimento.
  6. Spread on top of pie.
  7. Bake 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Serves 6.
