Cajun Hamburger Soup

  1. In a large soup kettle, cook beef & onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add remaining ingredients & bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat & simmer, covered, for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Discard bay leaf before serving.
