Quick-Baked Pasta
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. brown gravy
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb. penne pasta (short, small pasta tubes)
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Bring 4 cups water to a boil.
- Add oil to frying pan and add hamburger and garlic.
- Saute until tender, then drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese and the pasta.
- Simmer the mixture while the pasta cooks until just barely tender.
- Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
- Pour all into a 3-quart baking dish and top with the Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
