Vegetable Tortilla Stacks

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chopped green and red peppers and onion.
  4. Cook and stir until crisp and tender.
  5. Drain.
  6. Stir in 1/2 cup picante sauce.
