Pork Chop Barbecue

  1. Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and peppers.
  2. Add lemon and onion.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Place pork chops in a dish and pour sauce over them.
  7. Bake uncovered in a 350u0b0 oven 1 hour and 25 minutes, turning chops over once or until chops are done.
  8. I usually make a double batch of sauce, because I find that one is not enough.
