Katsons Chorizo Lasagna

  1. SAUCE METHOD.
  2. teat heavy bottomed pan over medium high heat.
  3. tdd olive oil.
  4. tdd onions and garlic, cook until golden.
  5. tdd chorizo and break up with potato masher or back of spoon. Cook until color of meat changes.
  6. tdd tomatoes and break up with potato masher.
  7. tdd salt and pepper, cook for 1 hour.
  8. METHOD.
  9. took lasagna in boiling salted water per box instructions. Drain and cool.
  10. tightly oil bottom of 13" x 9" baking dish.
  11. tdd one layer of noodles on the bottom of dish.
  12. tdd a layer of the meat sauce.
  13. tdd a layer of ricotta cheese.
  14. tdd a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  15. tdd a layer of noodles.
  16. tepeat last 4 steps until all of the ingredients are gone.
  17. tinish with sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  18. took in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 - 60 minutes.
  19. tet sit at least 15 minutes before serving.
