Party Sandwiches
- 2 pkg. heat and serve dinner rolls
- 10 to 12 slices deli ham
- 8 to 10 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Cut each pack of rolls to make 2 layers (top and bottom). Place a layer of ham slices on bottom layer of rolls, then a layer of cheese.
- Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
- Heat 2 to 3 minutes in microwave until watery.
- Stir well.
- Pour 1/2 mixture over bottom layers.
- Place top layer of rolls on top, then pour remaining butter sauce on the top layer.
- (You will be doing both layers at the same time.)
- Place rolls in oven on 350u0b0 until cheese is thoroughly melted, then cut into small pieces.
- I make a double recipe of the butter sauce for a more zesty flavor.
