Oven Fried Chicken
- 10 (24 oz.) chicken breasts
- 2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. celery salt or ground seed
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- cornflake crumbs
- Cut chicken breast into half.
- Wipe dry; remove skin and excess fat.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine and cornflakes.
- Stir well.
- Add chicken.
- Make sure each piece is covered well.
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Remove chicken pieces and blot off with paper towel.
- Dip each piece in melted margarine.
- Roll in cornflake crumbs.
