Oven Fried Chicken

  1. Cut chicken breast into half.
  2. Wipe dry; remove skin and excess fat.
  3. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine and cornflakes.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add chicken.
  6. Make sure each piece is covered well.
  7. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Remove chicken pieces and blot off with paper towel.
  8. Dip each piece in melted margarine.
  9. Roll in cornflake crumbs.
