Protein Powder Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease the baking sheets.
  2. Whisk together protein powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
  3. Mix the butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Add egg and beat until mixture is consistent.
  5. Add protein mixture slowly.
  6. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
  7. Use a spoon to drop dough on baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
