Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles

  1. Prepare pound cake according to mix instructions.
  2. Pour into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  4. Completely cool cake.
  5. In a large bowl, mix melted margarine, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and confectioners sugar until crumbly.
  6. Add milk, a little at a time, until creamy. Spread evenly over cooled pound cake.
  7. Melt chocolate chips; spread evenly over peanut butter mixture.
  8. Let stand at room temperature, until chocolate hardens.
  9. Cut into bars.
  10. Freezes well.
