Vegetarian Sweet And Sour Noodles

  1. In a large skillet saute onion, bell peppers and celery in juice from pineapple chunks until tender. Add pineapple chunks, heat through.
  2. Prepare Shirataki noodles according to package directions. Add to skillet, heat through.
  3. Combine all the sauce ingredients in small bowl, whisk thoroughly. Add sauce to skillet, heat until thickened.
