Seafood Curry With Beer

  1. Combine beef, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, egg, bread crumbs and salt.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. In skillet, lightly brown meatballs and drain fat.
  4. Stir in remaining tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, thyme and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
