No Bake Confetti Brownies

  1. In a bowl, mix together nuts, marshmallows, crumbs and sugar. In a saucepan, melt chocolate in evaporated milk over low heat, stirring until thick and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat; add peppermint extract.
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup chocolate mixture for frosting; add remainder to crumb mixture.
  4. Stir until all crumbs are moistened. Turn into greased 8-inch square pan; press down.
  5. Spread reserved chocolate mixture over top.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
  7. Cut into 1 x 2-inch pieces.
  8. Use nut half for garnish.
  9. Yield:
