Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Dredge chicken in flour; brown in olive oil until golden. Season and place chicken in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Add tomatoes to skillet and stir to deglaze pan.
  3. Add salt, garlic, Accent, oregano, basil and pepper.
  4. Spread mushrooms over chicken.
  5. Pour tomato mixture over chicken and mushrooms.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  7. Pour sherry over top.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
  9. Serve with Fettucine Alfredo.
